4. Order Processing Time

Before shipment, all orders undergo strict quality inspection and packaging. The processing time varies by product type:
  • In-stock jewelry (e.g., ready-made necklaces, earrings): 1-2 Business Days;
  • Custom jewelry (e.g., engraved rings, personalized bracelets): 3-7 Business Days (depending on the complexity of the design);
  • Holiday peak periods (e.g., Christmas, Valentine’s Day): Processing time may be extended to 3-5 Business Days for in-stock items, and 7-10 Business Days for custom items. We recommend placing orders in advance.

5. Packaging & Protection

To ensure your jewelry arrives intact, we use professional anti-collision and anti-tarnish packaging materials, including:
  • Inner layer: Anti-tarnish velvet pouch to protect the jewelry from oxidation;
  • Middle layer: Shock-absorbing foam and hard cardboard box to prevent impact damage;
  • Outer layer: Waterproof and tear-resistant shipping box with Lienyu Jewelry’s brand logo.
All packages are discreetly labeled without any indication of the contents to protect your privacy.

6. Customs & Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country/region. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We will provide a commercial invoice with accurate product information to facilitate customs clearance.
