Thank you for choosing our jewelry. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. This policy details order cancellation, returns, refunds and related matters, providing you with clear guidance and protecting your rights.
Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order is dispatched and tracking information is generated, cancellation will no longer be allowed.
Return Terms
1. Standard Jewelry Items: Returns can be initiated within 15 business days of receipt. To be eligible for return, items must remain unused and undamaged, with original packaging and all accessories intact, free from any signs of wear or modification.
2. Custom-Made Jewelry Items: Customized jewelry is non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except for manufacturing defects. (Note: Custom and personalized items are not eligible for the 15-day no-question-asked refund service.)
3. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer, except for returns caused by our product quality issues or shipping errors.
Refund Process
• After we receive and inspect the returned items to confirm they meet the return criteria, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of business days.
• The original shipping fee paid at the time of purchase is non-refundable, except for returns resulting from our liability.
• Due to the processing cycles of banks or payment platforms, refund arrival time may be slightly delayed, which is beyond our control.
Delayed or Unreceived Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 7 business days after we confirm it has been issued, please first check your payment account transaction records and bank statements. Contact your credit card issuer as refund posting may take some time, and reach out to your bank since refunds usually have a processing period. If you still haven’t received the refund after completing the above steps, contact our customer service for assistance.
